Nicolas serves as the Chief Investment Officer of KF Inc, with a multi-disciplinary approach
covering public markets, funds, private investments and real estate. Before joining KF,
Nicolas was Senior Portfolio Manager at M1 Group, a family holding based in Beirut. Prior
to M1, he was Director of Cathay Financial, a New York-based merger arbitrage and event
driven specialist. Nicolas spent the first 8 years of his career on the trading floor of
Salomon Brothers in New York, having graduated from Georgetown University’s School of
Foreign Service in 1994.

Philip Lee has over 40 years of experience in global leadership roles covering Corporate
Finance and Investment including 20 years in London and 20 years in the Middle East
specializing in portfolio management, M&A and Performance management. Philip is a UK
qualified Chartered Accountant and a MBA graduate from Alliance Manchester Business
School

Umar has been leading the investment division, evaluating all asset classes (Traditional &
Alternatives) across geographies. He brings vast experience of both Buy & Sell side through
various reputable organizations. Umar also led the Asset Management division of a
prominent company in Saudi Arabia. He also completed his MBA from Rotman School of
Management

Omar joined KF Inc in 2020 where he is focused on the public markets for the active portfolio. In addition, he is actively managing our trading fund. Omar received a BA in Chemical Engineering and Business management from the University of Ottawa.

Junaid is a financial analyst and member of the KF investment team. Prior to joining KF inc, Junaid was a Casual Academic at University of Technology Sydney and worked in various engineering companies as a Mechanical Engineer/Mechanical engineering consultant. Junaid completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Professional Engineering Practice, having graduated with First Class Honours from University of Technology Sydney (UTS).

Fathi Joined KF Inc in 2020, where he specializes in managing alternative investments, focusing on the automotive and watch sectors. Additionally, Fathi is an integral part of the company's investment committee. His educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University.
